At Three Sisters' Candy Jar, your satisfaction is important to us! Due to the nature of food products, please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
All Sales Final on Edible Items
We will gladly replace or refund your order if:
- You received the wrong item, or
- Your order arrived damaged due to shipping
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide:

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Once approved, we will issue:
- A replacement shipment OR
- A refund to your original payment method
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or consumed food products
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Melted items
Heat & Melt Disclaimer
Due to the nature of candy products, The Three Sisters' Candy Jar is not responsible for melted candy caused by weather conditions, shipping delays, or carrier handling once the package has left our facility. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the risk.
Ice pack & insulated Shipping Option (Optional Add-On)
To help protect your order from heat damage, we offer ice packs as an optional add-on at checkout. While this helps reduce the risk of melting, it does not guarantee that products will not melt, especially during extreme temperatures.
Ice packs are strongly recommended during warm weather months. Orders placed without selecting this option are shipped at the customer's risk.
No refunds for Melted Items
Melted candy does not qualify as damaged for refund or replacement purposes unless:
- The wrong item was sent, or
- The issue was caused by a verified packing error on our part
Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was made by us.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows the order as delivered. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
