Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

We currently ship within the United States only. (Edit if you ship internationally.)


Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


Warm Weather & Melt Disclaimer

Candy may be affected by heat during warmer months. We are not responsible for melting or heat-related changes once the order has shipped. Customers may choose to add expedited shipping or shipping insurance where available.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist.

Sweet treats + summer heat can get a little sticky!

Once your order is delivered, we can’t be responsible for melting caused by heat or weather.
🧊 Ice packs are optional, but highly encouraged during warm months, especially for gummies and chocolatey goodies.


🚗 Local Delivery — Straight to Your Door

We love delivering smiles (and sugar)!

🏡 Doorstep Drop-Off

  • Leave delivery notes at checkout (porch drop, gate codes, etc.)

  • Orders will be safely left at your door unless you request otherwise

🚫 Missed Deliveries

  • Please make sure someone’s home to grab the goodies

  • We’re not responsible for theft, weather damage, or melting once delivery is complete
